Quirky action thriller ‘Mard ko dard nahi hota’s release date is out

Date:

Vasan Bala’s much-awaited film ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’ is set to release on March 21. Newcomer Abhimanyu Dasani will make his debut with this film which also stars Radhika Madan in lead role. The movie will also showcase Gulshan Devaiah, Mahesh Manjrekar and Jimit Trivedi in pivotal roles.

The makers took to their social media handle and announced the release date sharing the poster of the film with a witty caption that reads, “Yeh mard ka ek hi formula hai – paani toh peete hi rehna chahiye! Aa raha hai 21st March ko cinemas mein.

The film is a quirky action thriller and was honoured at the 43rd Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The story, written by Vasan Bala is about a guy and his dream to stop crime in the city. But the catch is that he suffers from a rare disease called congenital insensitivity to pain, which means he doesn’t feel any pain at all – hence the title ‘Mard ko dard nahi hota.’ The ability to not register pain is what makes the story interesting.
