With a futuristic design language, the J50 looks much different than the 488 Spider. It gets a sharp and more aggressive front face with sleeker LED headlamps, raised front end with bigger bumpers, and a dividing black line that goes all the way to the doors. To remind the targa body style of old times of 70s and 80s, the J50 gets a pair of carbon fiber targa panels that stow behind the rear instead of folding metal roof like the 488 Spider.

Since it’s based on the 488 Spider, Ferrari J50 gets the same 3.9-liter V8 twin-turbo engine but it generates 20 hp more for a total of 680 hp. There aren’t much numbers unveiled yet but expect it to be slightly more powerful than the 488 Spider, which does 0-100 km/h in 3.0 seconds with a top speed of 325 km/h.
