A passenger allegedly opens Emergency door in IndiGo flight

In a major security breach in IndiGo flight from Mumbai to Chandigarh,  a passenger reportedly opened the Emergency gate minutes before the flight was supposed to take off.

As a result, the take off was put on halt and the flight got delayed.

The flight has been identified as flight 6E 4134 and the passenger was handed over to security staff and CISF at Mumbai airport.

The airlines also confirmed that they have lodged a FIR against the passenger and have reported the matter to local authorities.
