Business paper ‘Mint’ turns broadsheet

New Delhi, Sep 12 (PTI) Business newspaper Mint, knownfor its compact ‘Berliner’ format, was today relaunched as abroadsheet to meet the needs of the "digital era". The new format of Mint, launched by Hindustan Times mediagroup in 2007, will comprise navigational aids, wraps, long-form narratives, and data stories that in many ways definewhat a newspaper should be in the digital era, the companysaid in a statement. "The new Mint is simply a contemporary newspaper for thecoming digital era," it said.
