Taking a lesson from last year’s glitches, Flipkart is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the second edition of its ‘Big Billion Sale’ goes hassle free.
For the sale starting from October 13, Flipkart has invested heavily in technology and has opened new fulfillment centres to guarantee timely delivery to cope up with massive demand. The company is adding three new warehouses including one at Dadri near New Delhi.
The app-only sale will start on October 13 and end on October 17. The discount available in ‘Big Billion Sale’ will be on more than 70 categories and this will help more than millions of people in having the best at the best.
Flipkart’s maiden sale was marred by technical snags last year and resulted in many angry shoppers shopping with other e-commerce sites.
