Boy blinded in right eye after school punishment in Allahabad

One of the horrific incidents that took place on Sunday, a student of class 12th, Serven Terence (14), has been declared blinded in his right eye after his vice principal punished him for bringing his school bag to the assembly, according to reports.

The student of class 12th was beaten by a thin stick which unfortunately hit his right eye and it started bleeding profusely on 9th of May. He is a student of St. Joseph School in Allahabad.

The family has filed a FIR against the vice principle, Leslie Cotino in Allahabad’s Civil Lines police station. Terence will undergo surgery by the end of this month.
