New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor was all set to rock the stage at the IPL Opening Ceremony which took place with much fanfare at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.
However, the ‘Shandaar’ star had a minor setback when he experienced a little accident.
Shahid made an entry in style, on a Harley Davidson bike singing Mithun Chakraborty’s famous ‘I am a Disco Dancer’ hit. While riding the bike towards the stage, the actor banged his bike and lost control, but immediately regained his balance and continued as though nothing happened. Â
As he made his way on stage he almost tumbled, however after regaining his composure, he immediately broke into dance and the audience cheered loudly.
After the performance Shahid even took to Twitter and posted about his little oops moment. He wrote, “Banged the bike broke the stage. Felt the love. Amaze.†(sic)
