Contractor shot at, robbed

Muzaffarnagar, Aug 26 (PTI) A 30-year-old contractor wasshot at and seriously injured by two unidentified bike borneassailants who also robbed him of Rs 5000 and valuables inKakra village here, police said today. Ankit Verma was shot at when he was returning home on hismotorcycle from neighbouring Shahpur village last night. Thevictim has been hospitalised, police said.
