New Delhi: Tragedy struck in the Dwarka area of southwest Delhi as the body of a 26-year-old woman was discovered inside an almirah within a flat. The distressing incident came to light when the woman’s father, unable to reach her for several days, sought assistance from the authorities.
The police swiftly dispatched a team to the scene. The father of the deceased accused his daughter’s live-in partner, Vipal Tailor, who hails from Surat, Gujarat, alleging his involvement in her demise.
According to the deceased father, his daughter had been residing with Tailor in the rented flat for over a month and a half. In her last call, the deceased informed her father about being subjected to physical abuse by her partner and expressed fears of potential harm.
In response to the grievous complaint filed by the woman’s father, a murder case has been registered against the accused, Vipal Tailor.
The authorities are making efforts to locate the accused. Additionally, efforts include the examination of CCTV footage in the vicinity to unravel the sequence of events leading to the tragic incident, as stated by a police official.
