Kolkata, Aug 25 (PTI) In the absence of rainfall, theweather in large parts of West Bengal remained hot and sultrytoday. According to the weather department, the maximumtemperature in the capital city was registered at 33.4 degreesCelsius while the minimum was 26.2 degrees Celsius. It said no rainfall was recorded in the city during theday while the two districts – West Midnapore and Hooghly -received 3 cm of precipitation each. The Met office has predicted partly cloudy sky withpossibility of moderate rain or thunderstorm for tomorrow.PTI NIK MDTIR
