Pak Colonel Paid ₹30,000 To Target Indian Army, Says Terrorist Captured In J&K

Rajouri: A suicide attacker arrested by the Indian Army in Kashmir was allegedly sent on a suicide mission to India by a colonel of the Pakistani Army.

According to newswire agency ANI, the terrorist has been identified as Tabarak Hussain. The report further added that he was allegedly given ₹30,000 by a Pakistani Colonel named Yunus and was sent with four to five other attackers to carry out the operation..

The terrorist is currently undergoing treatment. Brigadier Rajeev Nair, Indian Army said that “He had bled out due to 2 bullet wounds in his thigh & shoulder, was critical. Members of our team gave him 3 bottles of blood, operated him & put him in the ICU. He is stable now but will take a few weeks to improve.”

He further added that “We never thought of him as a terrorist. We treated him like any other patient to save his life. It is the greatness of Indian Army officials who gave their blood to him even though he had come to bleed them.”
