Pune: The father of the car crash accused which claimed the lives of two IT professionals in Pune has been booked in a separate cheating case by the police on Tuesday.
As per a report from Times Of India, the father who is a real estate developer, along with the boy’s grandfather and mother remain behind bars as per the charges related to the incident. Vishal Adsul, a resident of Nancy Brahma Residency in Pimpri Chinchwad, has lodged a complaint with the Wakad police.
TOI in its report said Adsul claimed that the juvenile’s father failed to allocate open space to the residential society and developed two additional wings without consent. An official in a conversation with TOI said “Based on the complaint filed by Adsul Brahma Associates did not provide open space to the project and gave only one open plot to the three buildings by allegedly changing the plans. It also allegedly did not take the society’s permission while constructing two 11-storied buildings on the society’s land”.
After the car accident, additional charges were faced by the father, grandfather and the accused. They are also implicated in cases related to the abetment of suicide of a 41-year-old man and the cheating of a real estate agency proprietor, as per TOI.
The father of the accused juvenile is in police custody. He is also being investigated for swapping blood samples taken for alcohol testing in connection with Porsche crash investigation.
