Wildlife department catches crocodile from pond in Kathua

Jammu, Aug 29 (PTI) A 6 feet-long crocodile was todaycaught by a team of Wildlife department from a pond in Jammuand Kashmir’s Kathua district. The department was informed about the presence of somecreature in a pond close to Sarora hamlet in Gagwal belt ofKathua district, a police officer said, adding the crocodilewas today recovered from the pond. This is the first time that a crocodile has been found inthe district, he said. PTI AB FAR DV FARMNG
