A video containing a call recording is going viral on social media. Several social media users claim that the call recording is of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal and YouTuber Dhruv Rathee.
In the purported audio recording, Rathee and Maliwal can be heard discussing the recent alleged assault accusations put forth by the former DCW chief against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s former PA, Bibhav Kumar.
A Facebook user posted the video with a caption: Swati Maliwal और Dhruv राठी की कॉल रिकॉर्डिंगस्वाति का दावा- सुनीता केजरीवाल के कहने पर विभव कुमार ने उन्हें पीटा… #swatimaliwalassaultcase #dhruvrathee

NewsMobile fact-checked the claim, and found it to be misleading.
Upon closer examination of the call recording, the NM team found some discrepancies in the audio. The audio seemed uneven and stitched in several places.
We also analysed the audio using ElevenLabs — an AI speech classifier that helps detect whether an audio clip was created using AI. According to ElevenLabs, the viral audio is 98% likely to have been AI-generated.
Additionally, no reports regarding this issue have been published by any news agencies. It is worth noting that major news outlets have been consistently covering the Swati Maliwal assault case. Therefore, if the recording were genuine, majority of the media outlets would have reported it.
Thus, it is evident that the video does not contain Maliwal and Rathee’s call recording, and the viral claim is Fabricated.
