NewMobile fact-checked the above claim, and found it to be MISLEADING.

Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes the NM team traced a report in The Mirror, dated September 2, 2021. According to the report, tropical storm Ida wreaked havoc on the north-eastern regions of America, prompting a state of emergency to be declared in New York.

Among the seven clips, this particular report included visuals from the video depicting water cascading from the roof of a train. It had also featured the extended versions of two other videos displaying subway stations affected by the floods.

An Instagram post by Nieves Zuberbühler, a journalist located in New York, dated September 2, 2021, had featured all the seven clips in question, crediting an account “subwaycreatures” for some of them.
