A video is being shared on social media claiming that cricketer Rishabh Pant met with a car accident again. The video stated that Pant met with an accident before making the comeback.
The caption with the video in Hindi read: “इधर हर कोई कर रहा था रिषभ पंत की वापसी की उम्मीद, उधर एक बार फिर पंत के साथ हो गया बड़ा हादसा, पंत की मां का रोकर बुरा हाल, धोनी ने फ़ोन मिलाकर जाना हाल #cricket #RishabhPant #kohli”

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video and found it to be misleading.
We started our investigation by running a keyword search, but we did not find any authentic report suggesting that Rishabh Pant met with an accident again.
Upon closely observing the video we noticed visuals of crashed car and Pant on a hospital bed. We then put those visuals through Reverse Image Search.
These pictures were traced back to December 2022 when Rishabh Pant met with an accident.

Rishabh Pant met with a serious accident on December 30, 2022, when his speeding car hit the divider in Uttarakhand.
The above findings establish that the post in question is misleading as Rishabh Pant did not meet with an accident again.
