FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the above claim, and found it to be MISLEADING.
The initial clip, purportedly filmed in 2015, depicts a highway junction. Through a comparison with corresponding areas in Noida on Google Maps, we identified the exact location as the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. Many features visible in the video correspond to those in the satellite image. Below is a comparison of the Google Maps satellite image and a screenshot from the viral video clip.

Conducting a Reverse Image Search of the screenshots from the second clip of the viral video, the NM team found similar visuals shared in various posts claiming to be from Dubai. Although these posts do not specify the location within Dubai, a distinctive building roof in the video with a metro line passing underneath it is noticed. After examining various Dubai metro station buildings, we identified one that closely resembled the structure in the viral video.
Through geolocation, we pinpointed the metro station in the viral video as the Mashreq Metro Station on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. We verified this location using street view and by analysing nearby landmarks and structures. Below is a comparison of screenshots from the viral video and Google Maps.
Thus, it is confirmed that a clip from Dubai is falsely shared as aerial shots of the Noida city.
