Saeed calls Pak floods water terrorism by India

Date:

New Delhi: Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief and Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Mohammed Saeed has blamed India for the flood situation in Pakistan, calling it “water aggression“.

His tweet on Tuesday read, “India has used water to attack Pakistan, we are in state of War. India’s water aggression must be taken to the UN security council”.

The tweet drew angry responses on the micro-blogging website, with one writer asking him to “share the ganja you smoke before tweeting such nonsense“.

Saeed, the mastermind of 26/11 attacks, said the Indian government was not protecting the Kashmiris and even offered to “help” all Indians.

Saeed then termed India’s Ladakh dam as a danger for Pakistan and called it “water terrorism”. He tweeted: “If India’s Ladakh dam project is completed, even Islamabad will become unsafe. Indian water terrorism is more lethal than its LOC violations.”

According to some reports from Islamabad, a wing of Saeed’s JuD — Falah e Insaniyat Foundation — has started some rescue and relief operations in Pakistan flood-affected areas.

So far, the floods in the country has claimed the lives of over 200 people.
