NEW DELHI: Narendra Modi on Wednesday slammed AAP chief for having an erroneous map of India on his party’s website. In an apparent reference to the number of days that Kejriwal’s government was in power in Delhi, Modi called the AAP chief ‘AK-49’.
“This AK-49 just gave birth to a new party and on his party’s official website the map shows Kashmir as a part of Pakistan,” said Modi. On AAP member Prashant Bhushan, Modi said, “One of AK 49’s close aide says there must be referendum of Kashmir. Because of this Pakistan is jumping with joy.”Â
Â
Bhushan had sparked a controversy by calling for a referendum in Kashmir to decide whether or not the Indian Army should be deployed to deal with internal threats in the valley.
Modi clubbed Defence Minister A K Antony with Arvind Kejriwal and said, “There are three things being praised in Pakistan – they are 3 AKs – AK 47, A K Antony & AK 49.”Â
Â
Raking up the issue of dynastic politics, he said in a democracy, dynasty politics has no place. We need to free the state and nation from it.” “Their crown prince (Rahul Gandhi) says Congress is a ‘thought’ but in reality Congress is thinking how can a tea seller reach here.â€
Modi will address 185 election rallies across the country from March 26. Called ‘Bharat Vijay Rallies’, the first one was held in Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir. Â
