George’s Marvellous Medicine is yet another amazing story by Roald Dahl about a young boy who makes a marvellous new medicine to cure his grandmother of her terrifying temper. But when his grandmother drinks his special new potion, the most incredible things start to happen. The play is the perfect dose of fizz tickling fun for all the family!
The play is being presented by The Birmingham Stage Company (BSC), one of the world’s leading producers of theatre for children and their families, having held sold out shows in the West End Theatre District of London and across the world. Established over 25 years ago, it has worked with Britain’s best writers including David Walliams, Terry Deary and David Wood among others. The play adaptation has been done by the famous David Wood, whose plays, numbering 61 till date, have been performed all over the world.
This grand theatrical production is being brought from the UK to India by Amity University on behalf of Amity Humanity Foundation to expose our children to truly global standards of theatre and culture.
