A thick layer of fog engulfed the national capital and its neighboring regions this morning affecting train services.
A total of 18 trains were cancelled, 43 delayed and 7 rescheduled due to low visibility.
Several parts of North India, including Delhi and the adjoining National Capital Region, have been witnessing dense fog and a fall in the temperatures for some days.
All passengers travelling to and from Delhi should call up Railway Inquiry before landing up at the station.
