A secret bidder paid $28 million to win a seat on Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’s first crewed spaceflight.
The Amazon founder revealed for this present week, both he and his sibling Mark would accept seats in the organization’s New Shepard dispatch vehicle on July 20, to travel to the edge of room and back.
The name of the auction winner will be released in the weeks following the auction’s conclusion. Then, the fourth and final crew member will be announced – stay tuned.

The Bezos siblings will be joined by the mystery buyer of Saturday’s foundation sell-off, whose personality stays obscure, and by a fourth, at this point anonymous space traveler.
