A video of Congress MP from Wayanad, Rahul Gandhi, is making rounds on social media in which he can be seen eating ‘samosa’ onboard a helicopter. It has been claimed that the video is from the time when he taking an aerial survey of flood-affected Wayanad.
The caption with the video read: “Look at How our Waynad MP Rahul Gandhi doing an Aerial Survey of Flood Affected Areas!!!”

Team of fact-checkers at NewsMobile checked the above post and we found that the claims attached with the video are false.
On putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we came across a video dated April 22nd, 2019 which was uploaded on Rahul Gandhi verified Facebook page during the election campaign for 2019 Lok Sabha polls. At 4:20 minite of the video, Rahul Gandhi can be seen eating samosa and it is same as the viral video.
Hence, the above information proves that the claims attached to the video are FAKE.
