Watch: Katrina steams up the freezing English Channel

While most Bollywood celebrities were busy partying on New Year, Katrina chose a much peaceful way to welcome 2019. The actress was in England, spending quality time with her sisters at the beach.

The actress took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to share a video, where she is seen running towards the English Channel and dunking in the water at zero degrees temperature with one of her sisters and a friend.

She wrote with the picture, “Happy first new year day. location – the English Channel water temp-0 degrees Lessons for the new year – best to swim in sea in the summer months. 2 – listen to ur elders ( esp about swimming in the sea only in summer months ). 3 – never envy others , everyone has their own struggles , we are all in this together . 4 – try to keep your mind where your body is , not ahead of it or behind it.”

The Bollywood diva was last seen with Shah Rukh Khan in the movie ‘Zero’. She was also a part of the Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ where she was applauded for her dance numbers.
