We all go through bad times in life. However, it all depends on us as to how we deal with it. Do you think getting depressed is a solution? If no, then this is just for you. If you say yes, then you should read this too.

Life is short, live it king size and do what makes you feel happy. Here is a list of things you should do for a stress less life.

Remember, we all make mistakes:

No one is born perfect, not even your teacher or your boss. So don’t worry if you make mistakes. Take a deep breath and make a note of your mistake so that you don’t repeat it again. Even if you do repeat it, don’t worry and try harder.

Learn to say ‘No’:

You will solve half your problems if you can learn the magic word ‘No’. You are not born to please anyone. If you are not comfortable with something, just say no and it will end half of the stress.

Tell someone you love them:

You don’t need a boy to do that. You can just hug your mumma and pour your heart out. She is the one who will make your stress disappear. Mothers are like a fairy who have solution to all your problems.

Cook a meal from scratch:

Oh yes, this helps a lot. Cook a meal for yourself and for the people you love. Trust us, this will make you feel better. Cooking can be a stress buster.

Be proud of who you are:

This is the most important thing to shoo away your stress. You should be proud of yourself. If you will not love yourself, then no one will. Never lose confidence for someone else.

Play your favourite songs:

Songs and stress can never go hand in hand. They are basically enemies. So whenever you feel low – plug on your earphones and play songs on full volume. You will feel better.

Shopping:

How can you forget shopping? It is the ultimate solution to kill stress. Shopping makes a girl feel happy and boys too like it.

Celebrate when things go well:

Never forget to celebrate after things are on track again. It will be like a winning celebration and a much needed one too.

Never depend on alcohol to get rid of stress. It will in fact attract more stress. All you need to so sometime is just take a deep breath and tell yourself “things will be fine soon. Just stay calm and happy.”
