“Rain or no rain… Delhi to Gurgaon roads are always jammed”, says the regular commuters of Delhi- Gurgaon roads. Delhi NCR went dark on Wednesday morning as heavy rains lashed on the region.
Many people travel between Delhi and Gurgaon for work and there are fears of a repeat of last month’s flooding on the National Highway-8 that left thousands of commuters stranded.
The angry office goers tweeted;

“Heavy rains in Gurgaon, please be advised. Be patient and maintain lane discipline, we are on the job to facilitate your movement,” the Gurgaon police tweeted, warning that visibility is low.
