Taj Mahal, Agra, India: Built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, the mausoleum is regarded as the finest example of Mughal architecture, combining elements from Islamic, Persian, Ottoman Turkish and Indian styles. Agra can be best explored during October to March, during the monsoon to winter season.
3. Eiffel tower, Paris, France: One of the most recognizable structures in the world, built in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel. The Eiffel Tower is an absolute must see at night with the light show composed of over 20,000 lights. Best time to visit Paris is spring and autumn, in the months between March-April and October-November.

Measuring in at 481 feet and created around 2550 B.C., the Great Pyramid is a marvel to see. The best time to visit Egypt is from the months of October through April.

10. The Great Barrier Reef, Australia: Home to the world’s largest coral reef, the Great Barrier Reef is one of Australia’s most treasured natural gifts. This coral reef houses over 3000 individual reef systems and coral clays. Rated as one of the seven wonders of the natural world, it stretches for 2,300 kilometers’ (1,430 miles). Best time to visit Australia is during the southern winter, from June to August.
