Clinton offers UP health services aid

Lucknow: Bill Clinton on Thursday met Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and discussed various ongoing health schemes in the state.

Clinton offered support to the Akhilesh government in health services through the Clinton Health Access Initiative, an official release said.

UP Health Minister Ahmed Hassan and other ministers and officials were present on the occasion, the release added.

Clinton had visited UP in 2005 also and met the then Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav.
