New Delhi: Robert Vadra is winding down four of his businesses as per the documents provided by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
This comes after the new BJP government in Haryana announced probe into his land deals. Vadra launched six companies in Rajasthan and Haryana in 2012 and were active till May this year.
 The companies that were shut down are Lifeline Agrotech Private Limited, Greenwave Agro Private Limited, Rightline Agriculture Private Limited and Primetime Agro Private Limited.
 The remaining two companies – Future Infra Agro Private Limited and Best Seasons Agro Private Limited – are in the process of closing down.
None of these companies filed annual returns or balance sheets since inception. Vadra holds the position of managing director in all six companies.
