Chris Rock confirms return to stand-up

Date:

Wellington: Chris Rock has confirmed that he will be returning to stand-up comedy and hopes to hit the touring circuit again by the end of the year.

When recently asked about his top five promotional duties, the American comedian asserted that he wanted to actually do stand-up, he wanted to get back to that and would want to tour and he just got to get done selling this movie all over the world.

The 50-year-old actor continued that stand-up allows him to know who he was and it helped him to write and it was fun too.

Rock began on the stand-up circuit in the early 1980s, and is still rated in various polls as one of the best stand-ups in the world.
