Mumbai: After Deepika Padukone was warmly called ‘Deepiku’ by Amitabh Bachchan recently, now we hear that cricketer Yuvraj Singh has devised a new name for actress Asin. He calls her Assassin.Â
Apparently, the duo who got together to judge a beauty pageant, reportedly has become good friends and has also been spotted together at several public events.
Interestingly, Asin joined a photo-sharing site Instagram around a month ago, and has a huge number of followers, including Yuvraj.
“Yuvraj comments on her posts in Instagram frequently and they are often seen chatting on the platform. Recently, he started calling her Assassin, while addressing her in a chat,” a source said.Â
“Asin was surprised to see Yuvraj calling her Assassin, but she found it too funny to object. She took it sportingly and also thought of giving Yuvraj a new name in return, but she is yet to find a quirky one,” adds the source.Â
It is said that the actress who is busy with director Umesh Shukla’s Abhishek Bachchan starrer often talks to Yuvi on phone. Even her spokesperson has confirmed to the press about their growing friendship.
