Mumbai: Actor Ranveer Singh returned to his home on Sunday for his “rehab phase” following a successful shoulder surgery at a hospital.

“Surgery went well… Back home now and all set for Rehab phase… Thank u all for ur love n concern! #stongerthanbefore #eyeofthetiger,” the “Band Baaja Baaraat” actor posted on his Twitter page.

Images of the actor waving out to his fans outside the hospital are doing the rounds on social media.

Ranveer is seen wearing a jacket, which covers his right arm sling. With his left arm and hand, he is seen waving at people and showing thumbs up sign — indicative of the zest for life that he is known for.

On Saturday, the “Gunday” star underwent the surgery for a shoulder injury he suffered on the set of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next film “Bajirao Mastani”. He kept fans updated with live tweets before the medical procedure.

He even shared an image of himself on a hospital bed with leads attached to his bare chest. Ranveer sported his bearded look and was smiling away, and even when he came out of the hospital, he was all smiles.
