Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik tied the knot with squash player Dipika Pallikal on August 18 in a Christian ceremony in Chennai.
The couple got engaged on November 15, 2013. Dinesh divorced his first wife and a childhood friend Nikita. Dinesh has always supported Dipika in all her matches.
Dipika Pallikal’s bachelorette party:
Bidding a happy adieu to her single life, Dipika hosted a private bachelorette party over the weekend. It was an all-girls bash, and only 15 of her closest friends were invited. Apparently, the colour code for the party was pink, as it is Dipika’s favourite colour.
A source close to the family says, “Dipika had a blast on Sunday afternoon at her bachelorette party. Keeping to the theme of the party, all the guests were dressed in pink. However, Dipika sported a white dress, with a huge pink veil. Her Australian coach Sarah Fitz-Gerald was one among the guests.”
Wedding bells again!
The couple will be getting married again in a Telugu-Naidu style wedding on August 20.

Talking about the preparations for the sangeet ceremony, the source adds, “For the last three days Dipika has been busy practising her dance moves, as she is going to perform at the sangeet, which will be held tonight. She will dance to five songs, out of which, Dinesh will join her for one. He has been busy rehearsing for his number as well.”

The dress, we hear, is from the US. The source says, “Dipika was recently on a trip to the US where she purchased a designer wedding gown for the Christian ceremony.
