BSF, Pakistan Rangers chiefs to ink joint record of discussions held

New Delhi: Directors General of India’s Border Security Force (BSF) and the Pakistan Rangers will take part in the concluding session and in the signing of a joint record of discussions between the two delegations on Saturday.

D K Pathak, Director General of the BSF told reporters on Friday that the talks with the Pakistani delegation were cordial, pragmatic and forward-looking.

Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has conveyed that India wants friendly relations with all its neighbours, including Pakistan.

He reportedly said that Indian forces will not fire the first bullet along the international border and asked that Pakistan to ensure that no infiltration takes place from their side as well.
