Hoax bomb threat at Delhi’s Patel Nagar metro station

The Patel Nagar metro station in Delhi got a bomb-threat call at 7:30 pm on Sunday. The call was later declared hoax and normal services were resumed.

The threat call was made to the station control room regarding a bomb at the Patel Nagar metro sation, which falls on the blue line running from Dwarka to Noida.

The call was traced to be from Daryaganj.

The Bomb Disposal Squad, Quick Reaction Team, Special Operation Team, Ambulance, dog squad, Delhi Police and the CISF conducted join operation at the site.

The station premise was checked, and all clearance was given at 8:30 pm.
