Rajiv Shukla confident of winning Bihar election

Kanpur: Congress leader Rajiv Shukla exuded confidence that the grand alliance of RJD, JDU and Congress will form the next government in Bihar and said the NDA partners were still squabbling for seats.

Shukla was in the city to the inspect the preparation at Green Park stadium, which is scheduled to host an ODI of the upcoming India-South Africa series.

Talking to reporters, he said the grand alliance has been preparing for the elections from a long time and their seat-sharing arrangement has been done.

Most of the opinion polls predict lead for the alliance in the upcoming election, he said.

On the other hand, he said there was a lot of infighting within the NDA for seat sharing and all is still not well within their alliance partners.
