New Delhi, Aug 20 (PTI) Russia is a "time-tested" and"reliable friend", Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today andexpressed shared commitment with President Vladimir Putin toexpand, strengthen and deepen the bilateral engagement acrossall domains. He made the remarks while receiving Russia’s Deputy PrimeMinister Dmitry Rogozin who conveyed Putin’s greetings to thePrime Minister and briefed him on the progress in ongoingprojects between India and Russia, according to a PMOstatement. Modi recalled his recent meeting with Putin in Tashkentin June and via video-link for dedication of the KudankulamNuclear Power Plant Unit 1 at the beginning of this month.
