Rajesh Mokashi takes charge as MD & CEO of Care Ratings

Mumbai, Aug 22 (PTI) Care Ratings today said RajeshMokashi has taken charge as its new managing director andchief executive. Mokashi, who was serving as deputy managing director ofthe credit rating agency, has been appointed as MD and CEO fora term of five years, a company statement said. He has been with the company since inception in 1993 andhas over 30 years of work experience. He had earlier worked with Otis Elevator Company India,DSP Financial Consultants and Kotak Mahindra Finance beforejoining Care. "Mokashi has worked in diverse areas in ratings such asrating operations, criteria development, business development,disinvestment advisory services, international ventures,regulatory compliance, human resources management, informationtechnology, among others," it said. He was earlier elevated to the board of Care on August 22,2009 as deputy managing director. Mokashi also serves on theboard of Care’s subsidiary companies — Care Kalypto RiskTechnologies and Advisory Services as well as Care Ratings(Africa). PTI SSM NRBABKRYS
