Fashion for me is feeling glamorous, confident: Shraddha

Mumbai, Aug 25 (PTI) Actress Shraddha Kapoor says theconfidence and ease with which one carries clothes aretestaments to his or her fashion sense. The 29-year-old "Baaghi" actress, who turned designerManish Malhotra’s muse last night at the ongoing Lakme FashionWeek Winter/Festive 2016, said it is important to feel greatand glamorous in whatever one wears. "Garment should not wear you, you should wear the garment.You should feel happy, glamorous and on top of the world inthe clothes you choose. That is fashion for me," Shraddha toldreporters here post the show. The actress, who is mostly seen sans make up and in casualoutfits, said her favourite winter trends are boots andhoodies. It was the first time that Shraddha walked for the 50-yearold designer’s label and for her it was a dream come true. "Manish has always been my favourite. When he asked me towalk for him, it was like a dream come true. I love what I amwearing. He has always been very helpful just a phone callaway. It is a very special day for me," she said. Manish put together a virtual-reality show, with hisheavily embroided festive wear. The designer dressed Shraddhain a green and golden lehenga paired with sheer choli. The actress enjoyed every bit of her moment on the rampand thanked everyone for being a part of the show. ActorSushant Singh Rajput also walked for the celebrity designer.PTI SHDPSH
