Teacher arrested for raping, impregnating teenaged pupil

Bulandshahr, Aug 29 (PTI) A 26-year-old private tutor hasbeen arrested in Khurja town here for allegedly raping ateenaged girl student repeatedly for over a period of sevenmonths and impregnating her, police said today. "The incident came to light when the girl’s fatherlodged an FIR against the accused, Mono, who gives privatetution from his home in Khurja," SP (Rural) Pankaj Pandeysaid. The accused had allegedly raped the 16-year-old girlrepeatedly for over a period of seven months promising tomarry her. "The girl is now six-month pregnant," Pandey said.
