Encounter underway in Jammu and Kashmir
An encounter broke out last evening between terrorists and security forces at a village in Kulgam district in Jammu and Kashmir. Security forces cordoned off the area where 2 terrorists are believed to be hiding. A civilian was also killed in the firing.
