1. Emerald Lake

3. Doddabetta Peak
These are located in the Nilgiri region, this mountain is the highest mountain peak in Tamil Nadu. These are located 9 km from Ooty and is the second home for all the wild animals there.
4. Nilgiri Mountain Railway
This line was built by the British in the 19th century. Originally used by Madras Railway, it is often called the Queen of Railway Stations. Located at an elevation of more than 2000 feet, this railway line is considered by many people as a marvellous feat of engineering. The train is a charming locomotive with wooden coaches draped in exotic unconventional colours.

The Doddabetta Tea Factory is located in Ooty and covers a region of more than an acre. It is located at an elevation of 18,000 metres.
