Going by the incidents happening everyday with women, it seems the world is getting worse for females to live in. Yet another pathetic situation is faced by a female Uber passenger who has been harassed by the driver during the journey.
Nidhi Shah of Delhi was travelling from Sarita Vihar to Faridabad in a Uber cab and had a horrible experience. As soon as she started the journey, she was asked for extra money and on denying the driver was rude and took a longer and unknown route against her will.
The driver was irresponsible of keeping her wait inside the car for more than half an hour in such scorching heat. Finally, she had to get down the car and book another cab and head towards the destination.
However, the authorities from Uber was also not very supportive when she called up the customer care.
She took to social media to share what she faced;
Although there has been no cancellation charges from her Uber account but the fact remains that the driver is still out there and can still fleece money from customers and will be bothering females alone on the ride.
