The Delhi High Court on Monday upheld life imprisonment of five persons in the 2014 Danish woman gangrape case.
The Delhi HC dismissed appeal of five convicts, saying victim’s testimony was corroborated by DNA report in nailing their guilt.
The HC pulled up the investigating officer for not conducting a proper investigation.
