WATCH: Pak girl punished for lip-syncing to an Indian song

In a bizarre incident, a 25-year old staffer at Pakistan’s Airport Security Force has been penalised by her employers after a video of her lip-syncing to an Indian song went viral on social media.

The girl is seen lip-syncing to a popular Punjabi song in the video while wearing a cap with an image of Pakistan’s flag on it.

Reportedly, the authorities decided to take action against the girl in the wake of the growing popularity of the video on social media.

Reports also suggests that the Airport Security Force (ASF) has withheld her increments and perks for the next two years for violating the code of conduct. She was also warned of strict action by the officials if she got involved in any other violation in the future, the report said.

Apart from that, the ASF administration has also issued an advisory for its staff, asking them to not partake in any controversial activity on social media. The 25-year-old girl has been working at the Sialkot airport for the last two years.
