Durga Puja this year seems to be breaking all barriers and going completely unconventional. This year, the tradition of sindoor khela will be open to everyone, not just married ladies. One of the puja committee’s has decided to keep the theme of the Durga Puja on the struggle of the sex workers.

For those planning to visit the pandal, there will be a long road to travel which will carry a 300-feet-long graffiti representing the struggles faced by women who were forced into prostitution due to unfortunate circumstance or by human traffickers.
