Want to book a train ticket or avail some other railway service, ‘Ask Disha’

Indian Railways has recently introduced a chatbot called ‘Ask Disha’, which is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot that aims at improving the accessibility and customer services of the passengers.

If you want to book a rail ticket, know the PNR status or nay value-added services on IRCTC, Disha chatbot takes care of everything. Aimed at easing the process of booking and related queries, Ask Disha will answer most of the questions.

“The IRCTC chatbot Ask Disha will offer greatly improved and intuitive customer support by answering customer queries pertaining to all aspects of the services that IRCTC provides. Ask Disha will support several regional languages and will be voice-enabled and will soon be integrated with IRCTC Android App in the near future,” a senior railway official stated.

“IRCTC becomes the first and only government corporation in the country to launch AskDisha, a chat-enabled helpdesk service program. Ask Disha will take the stress out of travel bookings and we are convinced that it will help provide smooth travel experience to the domestic as well as a foreign traveller on the great Indian Railways network,” the official added.

Ask Disha is an effective AI chatbot and provides 24 x 7 customer query support, zero waiting time for response, and also can multitask. Ask Disha is a comprehensive chatbot which would make the IRCTC experience all the more efficient and smoother – hoping to provide complete user satisfaction.

IRCTC is continuously working towards improving the knowledge of the chatbot which would enhance its ability to solve customer queries with greater efficiency.
