Shikhar Dhawan says he has ‘moved on’ from the disappointment of being dropped from the Test side and is now focusing on his own game.
Dhawan couldn’t continue his form in Test level in upcoming years and now finds himself out of the Test squad for the third time in his career due to conditions and inconsistency.

Recently, he was dropped from the Test team after a poor run in England, where he scored 162 runs in eight innings that he played. Dhawan wasn’t given a chance in the home series against West Indies and failed to make a comeback for Australia Tests.
“Yes, I was a bit sad but I have moved on and I am in a good frame of mind. I am in a happy positive mood. I am enjoying my game. I have got a bit off time and I am going to enjoy my training and get myself fitter. I am happy and once I am happy things go well for me,” Dhawan, who was adjudged ‘Man of the Series’ in the recently concluded T20 series, told ‘ESPN Cricinfo’.
