The chill in the air remained in the national capital on Monday with the minimum temperature at 9 degrees Celsius.
The low visibility also led to the delay of 17 trains of Northern Railway, while no flight delays were reported.

Due to northwestly winds, dry weather will prevail over Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan. Sky will remain partly cloudy over all these regions, according to Skymetweather.
