Watch: ‘Mard ko dard nahi hota’s cliche quirky trailer is out

The makers of ‘Uri’ are back with a bang with their upcoming quirky action film, ‘Mard ko dard nahi hota.’ The theatrical trailer of the film was released on Friday, March 8.

The quirky action film marks the debut of newcomer Abhimanyu Dassani with Radhika Madan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Jimit Trivedi and Gulshan Devaiah in lead roles. The film has an interesting plot wherein the character of Abhimanyu deals with congenital insensitivity to pain and therefore unable to feel pain.

The trailer starts off with a funny disclaimer which reads, ‘Yeh film Mard ko dard nahi hota ka Cliche Bollywood trailer hai, agar aisa trailer nahi kaata toh ispe laga festival film ka Tag bhi nahi hatega.’

Abhimanyu Dassani and Radhika Madan are seen packing punches as the hero and heroine, while interestingly Gulshan Devaiah will be seen in a double role playing the quintessential villain as well as a martial arts expert.

The movie received a standing ovation during its screening in the Mami Film Festival. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the banner of RSVP, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota is written and directed by Vasan Bala. The much-awaited film will release on March 21, 2019.
